All orders placed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed within 48-72 hours.

Deliveries are sent from our offices in Austria, via Austrian Post or GLS.

We offer:

• FREE shipping across EU for all orders above 90€

We currently don't offer shipping outside the EU.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct as we cannot reroute packages after they have been shipped. The buyer is responsible for any import duties and clearance fees (where applicable). We are not able to deliver to P.O.Boxes. 

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a confirmation. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake.

Sale

Vivid Valour reserves the right to price products at discounted prices. If the price of an item is reduced after your purchase, you are not entitled to a refund at a newly created price. The promo codes cannot be applied to sale items, only to full price items on the website. If your order is eligible for a promotional or sale discount, the same discount will apply if you wish to return or exchange (see details of our return and exchange policy). This means that only the amount originally paid for the order will be refunded.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Loss of package 

Vivid Valour will not be responsible for any loss of the package during its shipment. It will be the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the package arrives in our facilities in perfect conditions
